Author Topic: LUN Load Balance script - Works great for EMC but not for Hitachi  (Read 558 times)

I used that script on an EMC SAN and it worked perfect.  When I run it on a Hitachi the follow issues occur.

1.  EMC SAN doesn't prompt for ScsiLUN[0] it just does it automatically
2.  For the Hitachi I enter 0, then 1, then 2, then 3 (hitting enter in between)  It's my assumption that this is for each HBA

Then as you can see in this screenshot it actually does make changes but after it completes, it still isn't load balanced.  It actually changes every LUN but the change seems to be the SAME as what it already is (first HBA is primary for every LUN)

Any help would be appreciated.  Screenshot is below:
